Returns Policy
For instore purchases, you must return the goods within 14 days of the purchase date along with your proof of purchase.
For online purchases, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days of notifiying us with your delivery note or order confirmation.
If you return an order, we will not refund any delivery charges as this part of our service to you has already been completed.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us and we recommend items are sent by recorded delivery or a method where a signature is obtained.
Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags/labels. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make a deduction from any refund where tags or labels have been removed, the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or the item's value has been reduced.
We do not offer an exchange option for items returned to us by post/courier. In this instance you must re-order the replacement items and we will refund the original items.
Return requests for personalised/made to order items will not be accepted unless the item(s) is faulty.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Puma, Adidas, Stanno, Kappa and Joma unless an item(s) is faulty, for these items we will provide a credit note.
All B2B returned items will incur a 15% or £18 (whichever is greater) re-stocking charge.
