If you wish to return an item you must do so within 21 days of the purchase date.

Items for exchange or refund must be in a re-saleable condition complete with tags/labels and you must have your proof of purchase.

We will not refund any delivery charges as this part of our service has already been completed.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can:

1)       Post the item(s) back to us at Summit, Unit 9 Western Road Industrial Estate, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 0AH.

2)       Take the item(s) to our shop at the above address.

If you would like an exchange, you can:

1)       Visit our shop at the above address.

We cannot accept/process exchanges by post.

We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery or a method where a signature/proof is obtained.

Please ensure you include your order number reference.

We reserve our right to decline return requests where items have been personalised.
