Online Purchases

If you wish to return a non-faulty item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods must then be received by us within 14 days of notifying us.

Items must be in a re-saleable condition complete with tags/labels.

We cannot accept/process exchanges by post.

We will not refund any delivery charges as this part of our service has already been completed.

We recommend returns sent by post are by a recorded/tracked method where a signature/proof is obtained.

Please ensure you include your order reference.


In-Store Purchases

If you wish to return/exchange a non-faulty item you must do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items for exchange or refund must be in a re-saleable condition complete with tags/labels along with your proof of purchase.
