If you wish to return an item you must do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items for exchange or refund must be in a re-saleable condition complete with tags/labels and you must have your proof of purchase.

We will not refund any delivery charges as this part of our service has already been completed.

There are 2 ways you can request/arrange a refund or exchange:

1)       Send the item(s) to us at Summit, Unit 9 Western Road Industrial Estate, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 0AH then make another purchase online.

2)       Visit our shop at the above address.

We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery or a method where a signature is obtained and please ensure you include your order number reference.

We reserve our right to decline return requests where items have been personalised.
