How long will my order take?
Generally orders take between 4-7 days.

Can I see what my order will look like first?
Absolutely, we provide proofs for all new work.
We will only proceed once you are happy.

Will you keep me updated with my order?
When you place your order we will provide an approximate timescale for the work.
We then contact you to advise when the work is due to be completed.
Finally, when the order is complete we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

Do you have a changing room?
We have a changing room which you are more than welcome to use.
During July, August & September, we operate an appointment system due to demand.

Can you arrange delivery?
For web orders in our shop you can select shipping at the checkout. 
For local business, we may be able to offer a free local delivery service.
Ask for details when you place your order.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods - bank transfer, credit card, cheque and cash.
If you are paying by cheque please allow enough time for the cheque to clear.

What times are you open?
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Saturday 09:00 to 12:00

Can I supply my own garments?
We can apply our materials to your garments, but due to their unknown origins we will not be responsible if the garments are damaged during or after the process.

Are you expensive?
We believe our prices are competitive and provide value for money.
With a huge range, we are sure we will have options for every budget.

Where can I park when collecting my order?
We have limited parking outside our shop.
Parking is free on the road outside of the estate for 2 hours, but please do check.
There is ample parking at Stratford train station - there is a charge for this.
Please do not park outside our neighbours businesses.
